What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is eclectic - it will always be tailored to what suits you the best at a given time in your life. This will allow for flexibility in our therapeutic activities and conversations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After introducing new thought patterns and behavioral modifications, you will feel more inclined to try them out in between our sessions. We will then evaluate what worked and what didn't - then we'll build upon that.
