Hello, I'm Rick. Since earning my M.Ed in Counseling from Colorado State University in 2016, I've become a Nationally Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor for Career Counseling. My journey into counseling began after a decade-long career in graphic design, where I experienced firsthand the impact of burnout, anxiety, and stress from others' expectations. This personal experience drives my passion for helping others navigate similar challenges. I specialize in working with young adults and career changers who are exploring new directions in life. My focus areas include anxiety, stress, self-doubt, burnout, and life design.
