I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and addictions, including sexual compulsivity. My focus is working with those facing difficult conditions and situations and going through difficult transitions. I believe that you should have the quality of life that you want and deserve, and I can help you identify and remove the obstacles that are preventing you from living that life.. I am a Level II EMDR therapist with over 25 years experience treating trrauma, anxiety, addiction, and depression. My style as a therapist is very direct and often is described as "coach-like" in that I am direct and want those I work with to get to their goals as quickly as possible. I value empowering my patients to take on and complete goals they never thought possible.
