Getting to know Erica Abramov
I provide a safe space for people to sort out their most difficult life challenges and celebrate their prideful and joyous moments and accomplishments. Every individual is the expert on their experience but can sometimes benefit from evidence-based tools, skills, and perspectives to help maximize their potential for a fulfilling, stress-reduced life. Together, we will explore these experiences, during which I will offer psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions to facilitate growth and relief. I am skilled in Positive Psychology, CBT, REBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Psychology, and other evidence-based practices. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support clients effectively.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Please provide your insurance information, a working email address and an address. Emails will be sent with documents for signature as well as the intake questionnaire to insure a smooth first session with adequate background information.

Erica was very professional, helpful and genuine in her approach. She took the time to listen to my issues before creating a short and longer term plan to my healing. After my 3rd visit I am already feeling much better and can now continue with my day to day operations. I couldn't thank Erica enough and highly recommend her services.

Erica is a wonderful counselor with great critical listening skills. She was able to help me through a very difficult time and had also provided me with some methods I could use to work through certain situations on my own when things felt difficult or hopeless. If you want to work with someone who can help you learn to help yourself I would definitely recommend her!
