Hi there, I'm Erica! If anxiety, OCD, or past trauma are making life feel overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping clients break unhelpful patterns, build self-trust, and move toward a life that aligns with their values. Therapy should be a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My approach My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches with self-compassion and a strengths-based perspective, helping you break free from unhelpful patterns while building resilience and self-trust. Therapy should be a space where you feel both challenged and supported—where we explore difficult thoughts and emotions while recognizing your strengths and capacity for change. Some sessions focus on practical skills to manage anxiety or intrusive thoughts, others on deeper exploration of identity, past experiences, or relationship patterns. Together, we develop strategies to help you move toward your goals, whether reducing distress, navigating life transitions, or building a more authentic and fulfilling life. My role is to guide and support you, adapting our work to fit what feels most effective and meaningful for you. My focus I work with individuals overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, or the lasting impact of trauma—especially those in LGBTQIA+ communities who want a therapist who truly understands their experiences. Many clients struggle with cycles of worry, self-doubt, or perfectionism that keep them stuck. Others navigate identity exploration, chronic stress, or challenges of living in a world that doesn’t always feel affirming. I provide a space where you can show up as your full self—without fear of judgment. I earned my PsyD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, equipping me with the training and skills to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
