Hello, I'm Erica. Welcome to a place where you can seek honest and authentic counsel from an LCSW who has a passion for helping Men and Women seek a full life of abundance and peace. So much of our lives come with difficult transitions relating to relationships, work, and loss, which all have an impact on our everyday lives. If we don't address those hang-ups, we are left feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious. Oftentimes, we are lonely and unsure of what to do or where to go for help. Seeking counseling to address these issues head-on could be the missing piece for you to find the freedom and fullness you long for in this life. I have 17 years of experience in medical social work and case management, providing crisis services surrounding a variety of issues related to medical, perinatal, adult children dealing with aging parents, faith, family relationships, and more. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My specialties include anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), spirituality, and stress. As a Christian, I love to incorporate spiritual matters into sessions if you, as the client, have a faith-based perspective or a desire to grow in your faith.
