What should a new client know about working with you?

I use psychodynamic, relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. I'm trained in EMDR and interpersonal psychoanalysis. I work with sensitive, deep-feeling clients navigating self-worth, anxiety, trauma, or perfectionism. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin. If you’ve been self-medicating—scrolling, overworking, drinking, binging—only to feel more disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. These are human ways we cope, but they can cause internal friction and leave us stuck. This is a space to come home to yourself, to explore where perfectionism took root, where the inner critic began and what it might feel like to live from gentleness instead of judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, or the quiet ache of not feeling good enough, therapy can offer room to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with compassion, not critique. Becoming you isn’t a one-time fix - it’s a practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in creating space for you to feel more connected to yourself, more resourced in your nervous system, and more at home in your relationships. The work can be deep, sometimes messy, often meaningful—and always centered on what feels most important to you

If you're looking for a therapist who's thoughtful, grounded, and knows how to hold space for the hard stuff—Erica’s it. She's the real deal.
I've been to many therapists over the years and was never able tofind someone who was able to see past what I could not, while also providing a safe space where I was comfortable to share unconditionally, until I started seeing Erica. She helps people untangle the inner critic and reconnect with their most authentic self. She creates space that's both grounding and growth-oriented.
I've been working with Erica on trauma processing for the last year and found the experience totally transformative. Erica helped me find so many new ways of thinking and talking about my own experiences and I've felt a marked difference in my personal life. I've always found Erica to be considerate, non-judgemental, and deeply knowledgeable. I'd recommend seeing Erica to anyone!
