I want to extend a hearty, hello! I also want to commend you for taking this courageous, first step towards a better version of yourself. My name is Ericka. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker. I’m committed to creating a safe therapeutic space that is customize to the client’s current needs. My therapy approach is versatile and therefore, can be used with various ethnicities, cultural groups, and populations. I believe that providing a safe space for clients to exercise autonomy over their lives creates a healthy client and therapist relationship. Together I want us to develop a therapeutic space that is full of humor and laughter, and appropriate sharing of relatable experiences. As a team, we will utilize various skills and techniques to dive deep into past and current trauma that keeps you stagnate, identify triggers, and then work through these triggers, and discover or reestablish confidence. The work we do together will be challenging at times, but I want you to know that I’m fully committed to encouraging and supporting you through this process.
