Hello! I am here to provide you with the support needed to help you get back on track with your life journey and goals. I offer EMDR therapy for those struggling with traumatic events. With a Master's in Pastoral Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from Seattle University, I am dedicated to helping you return to being your true self.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is simple and organic. I like for us to create a safe and trusting relationship in order for therapy to work. I work collaboratively with you on the things you want to work, not what I think you need to work on. I also make the therapy process as stress free as possible, although sometimes it can get difficult depending on what we're talking about.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you meet with me for the first time we'll go through some of the paperwork and discuss confidentiality and the limits of confidentiality. I also go over the history form that you filled out and then discuss goals for therapy. I also provide an opportunity for you as the client to ask any questions that you may have about therapy, the whole process, or anything other questions you may have. We also will schedule our follow up appointments as well. I like to keep my first session simple and low key.
