With advanced clinical training and a doctoral background in psychology, I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and neuroscience-informed strategies to help change unhelpful patterns and improve emotional regulation. Therapy is always tailored to your needs and goals.
