Hi, I'm Erin! I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from George Mason University. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and women's health. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I utilize a strengths-based approach and incorporate ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques into my practice. It is important to me that you feel safe and secure in therapy, and you will find I listen with empathy and warmth. It takes bravery and effort to come to therapy, and I look forward to meeting you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Finding a good fit with your therapist is important, so the first session is an intake where I get to know you and you also get to know me. Sessions are generally 53 minutes long however this can vary depending on your individual goals.
