I utilize a multi disciplinary approach drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, MST and culturally responsive approaches to best support your experience in this world. Each session is goal-oriented, with a note of humor, non-judgmental listening, and compassion. Along with a skill-set focus, clients leave therapy with the skills needed to manage future life challenges.
