“I do Not want to write a good review for Mr. Victory so we won't have to share him, lol. All jokes aside, Mr. victory was very professional, very personable. It is rare to find anyone much less a therapist that when you say something to him it's like wow!!! he gets it! he understands what I'm saying and how I feel. Mr. Errol Victory gives excellent advice, Professional Advice that lets you know he cares for your well-being. I do NOT recommend anyone to go to him!!!! Just kidding, I recommend everyone who needs therapy and those who think they don't need therapy, please give Mr. Victory and yourself a try. FYI, I couldn't get my love one to go to therapy, I didn't think he would stay and I am so happy it worked out well!!!! ”

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This was a very disappointing experience. The listening skills were extremely poor. I opened up and shared everything I was feeling about a difficult situation, yet afterward he asked the most basic questions as if he hadn’t been paying attention at all. And then after expressing all of my feelings and why I decided to start therapy, he asks, “So what do you want me to do?” The lack of empathy and bedside manner made the entire session feel dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, it was such an awful experience that it makes me hesitant to even consider opening up to anyone else.
