I help clients find their strengths and develop “tools” to avert or manage crises. I enjoy empowering couples as well as individuals. I aim to support; strengthen; and restore the family unit whenever possible. Some of the topics with which I can assist include: anxiety; depression; anger; parenting; relationships; military transitions. As a former schoolteacher; I understand developmental stages well and have particular interest in the emotional challenges of those who have been identified as “gifted"
