Getting to know Fatemeh Mohammadzadeh

I obtained my Master's in Counseling from Arizona State University in 2017 and have been practicing since. I have worked in hospital assessment and inpatient therapy, as well as university counseling and individual therapy. I work with adults experiencing general mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the individual's needs. However, the main therapeutic modalities I utilize are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will collaborate in establishing your goals for therapy as well as determine what approaches and skills might work best for you. We will engage in therapeutic rapport-building, in which I will get to know more about you. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to help guide you to make decisions and to cope with what life brings you.
