I have a background in Psychology and Social work, and I've known since I started that this is where I wanted to be and what I wanted to do, so I will bring that same passion to our meetings together and make sure you are getting the best of me every time we meet. I was born in WA but my family is from Mexico and I have grown up in both cultures, speaking both languages. I love to be outside, but I'm also a big fan of the city and all the exploration that comes with it. Rainy days are also my weather of choice! I also understand that sometimes the bravest thing we can do, is to look for help when we don't know how to help ourselves alone, and I aim to make that process as easy and as effective as possible in your time with me. I look forward to meeting you!
