I hold a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, Hunter College, which equip me to guide you through this process with empathy and expertise.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Though you may feel stuck or in pain right now–particularly in this moment of growing injustice and lack of structural support–you do have the resilience and adaptability to enact change in your own life. We’ll work together, building a foundation of trust and understanding, to empower you to have new experiences, more fulfillment, and deeper connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe strongly in people’s ability to create the lives they want for themselves. Before becoming a therapist, I built a career in the corporate and tech worlds, and earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College, and a B.A. from Harvard University.
