Welcome! I have been in the counseling field for over 19 years, providing services to individuals 16 years of age and older. I believe people seek counseling for many reasons: to improve a life situation, solve a problem, make a decision, or gain a deeper understanding of life. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social issues often accompany the desire for change. I am here to help you identify and work through these challenges by finding practical solutions. Counseling is a joint effort, where I support and encourage your hard work, courage, and commitment to create the life you desire.
I am a friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic person. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques drawn from an eclectic collection of theoretical orientations tailored to your needs and strengths. I specialize in working with individuals on various topics. Once we establish an understanding of your situation, we work together to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, license number 37PC00409500.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
