I integrate psychodynamic therapy, gender-affirming care, feminist theory, and mindfulness into my work, creating a space that is both validating and growth-oriented. Sessions can include warmth, humor, introspection, and deep unpacking — all with the intention of helping you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to navigate your life. I specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed as they work through transitions, explore their identity, and cultivate coping skills that support meaningful change. I also offer trauma processing support, including Brainspotting, to help individuals regulate their nervous system and move forward with resilience.
