What should a new client know about working with you?

*Resolve your trauma and get unstuck, in 2 - 8 sessions, when I work with you using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART Therapy for trauma). I can also be your ongoing support. *I am the ideal therapist for you if you are high-functioning, non-bipolar, and non-schizophrenic. *Work with me to get unstuck and start living your best life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

- I apply my many years of knowledge, effective therapy techniques, expertise and, experience to help you achieve your goals. through discussion or eye movement therapy. - EMDR inspired eye movement therapy (called Accelerated Resolution Therapy or, ART Therapy) can transform your negative memories, can feel like dream work. ART Therapy is effective, and a proven, form of quick healing, based on years of research. The result of doing ART can be mental relief, calmness, letting go of past trauma, feeling lighter, motivated. Negative triggers and thoughts will be replaced with positivity, leading to motivation and living a more productive, happy life.

I am out of network and offering a discounted rate for new clients which is 2 sessions (back to back, 90 minutes) for the cost of one 45 minute session. You do not have to make a long-term commitment to therapy when you see me. *After 3 - 6 sessions, your issue may be resolved, you don't need to keep seeing me and you can move on to living your best life.
