I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike I want to help you live the life you want. In sessions, come as you are. You can be open about what you’re experiencing. I’ll show up authentically as well, so we can work together honestly. (If I suggest something during a session and you think I'm full of it, tell me I'm full of it.) I'll support you in working toward the goals that matter most. In addition to OCD, I also treat anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, and severe and persistent mental illness.
