Hey there! My name is Garrett, and I am a therapist as well as a mirror. I help clients examine how their learned negative thought patterns shape their life outcomes and perspectives. I utilize a combination of CBT and solution-based modalities to help clients understand themselves and make positive changes. i have great experience with IFS and DBT as well!
