About Gary Meier

I am a passionate humanitarian who is committed to helping others. I have been providing professional counseling and psychotherapy for more than twenty years. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where you can get the counseling, support, and encouragement you need to navigate through the challenges of life. No matter what you’re going through, whether depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, addiction or LGBT related issues, there is hope. NOTE: I accept all major insurances out-of-network and will work with you to collect your out-of-network benefits which in most cases covers some, if not all, of the cost of therapy. If you are paying for sessions out of pocket instead of using health insurance, I offer a sliding-scale fee. We will discuss the fee at our first session. My fees range from $85.00 - $150.00 per session. (I have a limited number of spaces available for clients who fall below the household income listed on the sliding scale.) Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email from gary@lcaw.org with additional information. NOTE: I will call to confirm all appointments scheduled for the same day. I’m looking forward to connecting with you.

I started seeing Gary because I was struggling with a drug addiction. Gary's in-depth knowledge and insight of the addictive process was extremely helpful to me in achieving long term sobriety. He's an amazing therapist that I have recommendedto others. I dont't think I would be sober today without his help.
