I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety and panic, and improve emotional regulation. My approach is person-centered, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you understand your experiences while building practical tools for long-term healing.

Healing starts in a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I bring a calm, collaborative approach and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
