I offer a supportive space where clients can explore challenges and feel heard. I help women and teens navigate life transitions, career stress, and trauma. My MBA provides insight into workplace pressures, and as a Chartered member of the BPS in Cyberpsychology, I bring expertise in technology’s impact on mental health and families.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15 minute consultation either via zoom or over the phone to give you the opportunity to see if we're a good fit. The therapeutic relationship and your comfort level are vital to a good therapeutic outcome. If we meet and you decide I'm not the right therapist, no worries! I'll help you find the right therapist for you.
