I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience in the field of mental health treatment. My philosophy is that our mental health should be considered just as important as our physical health. Much like physically healthy people go to the doctor regularly for check-ups; it's just as important to check in with a professional for your mental health. I aim to use my skills to eliminate stigma around the very common disorders of depression; anxiety; OCD; PTSD; and other related mental health conditions. When I'm not providing therapy you can find me playing time with my dog; hiking; or cooking!
