Gillious Soler, LCSW

Gillious Soler, LCSW

Psychotherapist
PA
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping high-functioning individuals who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and urges or patterns that feel difficult to control. On the outside, many of my clients appear successful, capable, and put together, yet internally they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. You may find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or managing behaviors that create stress in your relationships or daily life. I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and are looking for real, lasting change. This includes those navigating emotional intensity, impulsivity, compulsive patterns, or internal conflict between who they are and how they are showing up. My approach is structured, direct, and results-focused, designed to help you gain clarity, improve emotional control, and develop a stronger sense of self. In our work together, we will identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, understand the underlying drivers behind your thoughts and behaviors, and implement practical strategies to help you regain control and move forward. This is not passive therapy. It is an active, collaborative process focused on insight, accountability, and meaningful progress. Many clients begin to experience increased awareness, stability, and confidence as they learn how to navigate their thoughts, emotions, and relationships more effectively. If you are ready to better understand yourself, take control of patterns that no longer serve you, and create lasting change, this work is designed to support you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
