Maybe you’ve been holding a lot together lately, and you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to change, therapy can give you space to slow down, better understand yourself, and explore what you need moving forward. I know reaching out for support can take courage, and my hope is that from our first conversation, you feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I see therapy as your journey. I’m here as a guide, helping you identify what matters to you, recognize the strengths you already have, and find realistic, tangible ways to make everyday life feel more manageable and fulfilling. Together, we’ll create goals that feel meaningful and attainable to you. I aim to foster an environment that makes you feel safe and comfortable to explore what may be difficult, ask questions, and work through challenges without judgment. I have experience supporting people through anxiety, depression and other mood struggles, substance use and addictive behaviors, life transitions, establishing healthy boundaries, and finding a sustainable balance between work and life. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply, build on what’s already working, and move toward the life you want to create. I would be honored to be part of that process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I see therapy as your journey, and I’m here as your guide. My hope is that from our first conversation, you feel welcomed, understood, and comfortable reflecting on what you’re experiencing. My approach is collaborative and centered around you—your needs, your strengths, and what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we’ll identify attainable goals and find tangible ways to improve your everyday life. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and comfortable exploring what may be difficult, asking questions, and working through challenges without judgment. Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply feel ready to make a change, I’ll meet you where you are and support you as you move toward the life you want to create.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, gain a better understanding of yourself, and make space for meaningful change. In our sessions, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, identify what feels most important to you, and work together to create goals that feel meaningful and attainable. Our work may involve exploring difficult experiences or patterns, recognizing the strengths and tools you already have, and finding tangible ways to make your everyday life feel more manageable. I have experience helping individuals work through anxiety, mood concerns, substance use and addictive behaviors, life transitions, establishing healthy boundaries, and finding a sustainable work/life balance. There is no one-size-fits-all path through therapy. We’ll focus on what feels most useful to you, building on what is already working while exploring where you’d like things to change.
