Hello, I'm Gina Gardner-Wood. As a trained trauma therapist, I specialize in trauma-based therapies, including EMDR, which is an amazingly effective form of treatment. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, and other issues that life throws at us! In working with individuals, I found that family and partner dynamics are critical in one’s journey. This led me to become Level II trained in the Gottman Method, which is a form of couples therapy that has amazing results.
