The practice of honoring the soul involves several steps: acknowledge it's pain, offer compassion instead of judgment, and fight for it's healing. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to learn this practice so that out of brokenness, there emerges an honored soul. It takes courage to start this process but you won't do it alone. What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to provide a safe place for you to process through anything that is burdening you. I also aim to provide information and resources to assist you in taking steps toward your goals. When appropriate, I will also hold you accountable to continue making the choices leading you towards healing.
