I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My expertise lies in helping individuals with PTSD and trauma-related issues as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I). As a therapist, I work with adults to find balance and inner strength. I use a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Whether it's specialized therapy for past trauma, skills training for emotional regulation, or traditional talk therapy, I believe in achieving wellness through a comprehensive approach.
