I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings supporting individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a tenured professor of Social Work and Human Services, where I have the privilege of educating and mentoring future helping professionals. I have a special passion for working with women who are ready to reconnect with their inner strength, build self-confidence, improve their emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply looking for a greater sense of purpose and balance, I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where healing can begin.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
