Her past experience in social services allows her to easily connect with adults facing trauma, social injustice, poverty, homelessness, depression, and intimate partner violence. She also has a background in both school and in-home counseling, bringing compassion and experience to support children and teens who are struggling. Her grounded, relational approach helps clients feel empowered as they navigate life’s transitions and emotional stressors. She is especially passionate about supporting clients who are ready to build self-confidence, manage anxiety and anger, process trauma, and move through life transitions with clarity and resilience.
