I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I am person centered with an emphasis to meet clients where they're at. It is very imperative to build trust, rapport, reliability and consistency while embarking on this journey for healing, and self discovery. Understanding that clients should identify the different roles in their lives in relation to themselves, community, work, family and friends.
