Grant's been a board certified/licensed mental health and addiction clinician for decades in a wide variety of clinical settings. His interest and expertise includes working with adults to find workable solutions to the challenges they share with me: depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and substance use disorders as well as addressing life adjustments, relationships, anger management, self esteem, and religious issues and conflicts. He uses evidence-based approaches in collaborating with clients (i.e., Cognitive Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which are inherently non-judgmental, trauma sensitive and client centered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
