As a person-centered therapist, I believe that empathy, the freedom to express yourself, and unconditional positive regard are not just starting points but are interwoven into every aspect of my work. Using motivational interviewing, I help build momentum for change, and I incorporate specific skills from other modalities to support change when they align with your values. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Regis University and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Colorado. My experience spans working with adults and some teenagers, addressing a wide range of mental health difficulties such as transitional issues, depression, suicidal ideation and self-harm, anxiety, postpartum and parenting issues, substance use, psychosis, and trauma. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, perinatal support (including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum), trauma, addiction, suicidal ideation, family relationships, military and veteran support, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, and stress.
