What should a new client know about working with you?

Symptoms that result from trauma may be high emotional reactivity, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and/or identity disturbance. Working through past experiences can reduce unwanted symptoms and lead to the development of positive beliefs about self, others, and the world, and a greater overall quality of life. In addressing these issues, I implement a variety of techniques, depending on what works best for the client. These include Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and traditional talk therapy (such as CBT). I look forward to connecting and helping you to meet your goals!
