What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate the challenges of relationships, stress, and self-esteem by equipping them with the tools to set boundaries, communicate effectively, and reclaim their emotional well-being. It’s hard to constantly feel like you're giving more than you're receiving, leaving you emotionally exhausted and unsure of how to prioritize your own needs. Gain the confidence you need to feel more fulfilled, balanced and honor your true self. My work blends mindfulness, boundary-setting, and practical communication tools to help you: Build healthier, more connected relationships Set strong, guilt-free personal boundaries Increase emotional awareness and resilience Manage stress in ways that work for real life My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and rooted in both professional experience and personal insight. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and supported—like they can finally exhale. I offer a space free of judgment and pressure, where growth and healing unfold at your pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In this space, we means you and me—working together. As a solo private practice, I offer a personalized, one-on-one therapeutic experience rooted in compassion, trust, and authenticity. I show up as a real person—someone who listens deeply, supports without judgment, and meets you where you are. Together, we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you hope can change. I draw from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and relational therapy to support meaningful progress while honoring your unique story. Therapy here is not one-size-fits-all—it’s collaborative, intentional, and always centered on your growth. Clients find more than just a place to talk. They find a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. At New Horizons Therapeutics whether you’re working through anxiety, relationship stress, self-doubt, or life transitions, we’ll focus on building internal strength—not just managing symptoms. The goal is lasting change and deeper self-trust.
