Hello, I'm Haley. You deserve to feel safe in your mind, body, and environment. If you've been through trauma or have experiences of betrayal or emotional damage from relationships, a sense of safety might feel entirely unfamiliar to you. I want to help you begin to heal so that you have the power to shut off those alarm bells and let go of the methods of coping and protection that no longer serve you. My therapeutic process begins with making sure you have tools to self-regulate so you can face the painful emotions that you may be avoiding and move through them without shutting down or turning to harmful behaviors like substance use or self-harm. Therapy, to me, is a collaboration, and the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of everything. You should always feel safe and comfortable with the therapist you choose. I specialize in working with trauma, interpersonal relationships, healing from abusive/toxic relationships, and self-esteem issues. I am experienced in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. Additionally, I have specific continuing education on trauma associated with childhood sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and intimate partner violence. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW, and I am committed to providing compassionate and effective care.
