My name is Hannah, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling from Radford University. I see clients ages 14 and up. As your therapist, it is my role to help identify your strengths, areas of growth, and support you in reaching your goals. I provide a judgment-free and compassion-filled space for you to process and be heard. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community on an individual basis.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I graduated in 2019 with my Masters degree and have worked with a variety of clients over the past 5 years. I most often work with clients experiencing symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, divorce, alcohol and drug abuse, family and relationship troubles, adjustment to lifestyle changes, and past trauma.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

While every client and therapy goal is different, I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person centered approaches. Whether therapy is short term or long term, it is an honor to be part of your journey.
