I believe that they key to success and change is imbedded in creating healthy relationships. My clinical work focuses on joining with adolescents; couples; families and adults in their journey to health and happiness. I use self-awareness; mindfulness and reflective practices to support this work. I specialize in Developmental Trauma and PTSD work but also have experience with depression; anxiety; anger issues; ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I work to create a safe; inviting atmosphere that empowers my clients to feel comfortable being vulnerable and self-reflective.
