Getting to know Hannah Kautz

Hello, I'm Hannah! My philosophy is to help clients cope with everyday stress and to figure out how to have the most fulfilled lives possible. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief. My theoretical orientation includes Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. I offer specialized treatment for children, adolescents, and parents. Additionally, I have training in and have worked extensively with LGBTQIA+ populations. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of General Studies in Psychology and earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Mary. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with homeless veterans suffering from addiction and mental health issues. On a personal note, I've been married for 10 years and have two young sons and three Golden Retrievers: Kate, Redford, and Ellie. I love spending time outdoors, hiking, and enjoying moments with family and friends. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
