What should a new client know about working with you?

In therapy, I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe in the power of building strong therapeutic relationships, where trust and collaboration are key. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strength-based methods. I work with clients to develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and enhance self-awareness, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. Whether working with adolescents, adults, or families, my goal is to support clients in reaching their full potential and leading healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal in therapy is for each client to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, empowering them to lead healthier, more confident lives. I hope to help clients build confidence, challenge their limiting beliefs, and encourage them to push past their comfort zones. Throughout our work together, I strive to create a space where growth is nurtured, and individuals feel supported in their journey toward self-discovery. I want my clients to leave therapy feeling stronger, more resilient, and ready to continue evolving as they embrace their full potential. My goal in therapy is for each client to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, empowering them to lead healthier, more confident lives.
