Heather's presence is very calming and I felt comfortable with her right away. She listened well, paid attention to details and remembered them in future visits. I've only seen her a handful of times but I have already made tremendous progress. She is always reassuring and good-natured and easy to communicate with for schedule changes. She's also really flexible in approach but is also very articulate about our process and open to discussing shifts, depending on what I need.
