I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College and a Master's in Counseling from Canisius University. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals of all ages for a variety of reasons. My experience includes roles as a counselor and program manager in an outpatient clinic, where I also had the opportunity to train other therapists. Additionally, I have worked in school counseling and outpatient settings, broadening my ability to support diverse client needs.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
