In therapy, I strive to create a supportive environment where every individual feels heard and understood. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with 15 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College and a Master's in Counseling from Canisius University. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals of all ages for a variety of reasons. My experience includes roles as a counselor and program manager in an outpatient clinic, where I also had the opportunity to train other therapists. Additionally, I have worked in school counseling and outpatient settings, broadening my ability to support diverse client needs.
