I am an outpatient therapist with experience working with families, teenagers, hospice, and group therapy. Whether facing a short-term situational obstacle or years of navigating anxiety, high sensitivity, low self-worth, being in survival mode, and/or trauma, I will tailor your therapeutic experience to meet you where you are. At times, the answers may be simple-new coping skills, reframing a situation, or just having a safe place to tell your story. In other cases, the answers are more complex and lead to a deeper dive into the root cause of distress. I may not have met you, but I believe in your capabilities, accept your choices, and respect you as a thoughtful and intelligent person. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Radford University and a Bachelor's degree from Hollins University.
