With a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech, I've been dedicated to supporting individuals since 2009. My journey has taken me through diverse settings, including public mental health facilities, private practice, and schools, enriching my experience and understanding of various mental health challenges. As an LGBTQIA-affirming clinician, I am passionate about working with same-sex couples and individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also specialize in helping those with a history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. My training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with a variety of other therapeutic theories and techniques, allows me to tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs. I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to heal from their struggles and thrive. My role is to walk alongside you on your path to healing, helping you discover and harness your strengths.
