My therapeutic approach is eclectic, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods and techniques to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to the individual needs of each client. I believe in adapting my interventions to address the unique challenges and goals of those I work with, ensuring that therapy is as effective and personalized as possible. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical approaches are eclectic, I tailor my therapeutic interventions specific to the needs of my individual clients. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns from Chronic Illness, Anticipatory Grief, Suicidal Ideations, Suicide Loss, PTSD, DID, Addiction, Trauma, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence to name a few.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My method of communication is direct, straight forward and challenging. I use compassion and empathy as I believe in treating each person with respect and dignity and with truth. I use client centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and Solution Focused along with a host of other interventions. As we explore your treatment goals, I will tailor your treatment and interventions to meet your unique and specific needs.
