I gained experience in Narrative therapy and crisis interventions. I pursued a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, graduating with honors in June 2023. During my internship, I worked at a mental health community center, helping clients with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships. As a therapist, I believe in a collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and focusing on their strengths. I explore how problems interact with other systems in their lives, such as family and community. My therapy methods include Humanistic, Narrative, Family Systems, and Gottman. It's rewarding to witness positive changes in my clients' lives as they continue their work outside of therapy.
