I graduated from California State University Los Angeles and have over 15 years of experience working with individuals with adjustment challenges and coping issues. Throughout my academic and vocational endeavors, I have developed a genuine passion for helping individuals, couples, and families (ages 10-95) overcome various mental health challenges in various settings (home, school, pre-vocational, vocational, etc.), My therapeutic approach stems from a holistic standpoint. Through my therapy I utilize an eclectic model which consist of various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Holistic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Rational-Emotive-Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Through this holistic approach, I believe that the individual, couple, or families can address and overcome their challenges and enhance their quality of life.
